Erika is the daughter of a VBCPS teacher, a VBCPS graduate, and a lifelong resident of Virginia Beach. She has two children in VBCPS, and she looks forward to making a difference in the lives of all students. Erika has worked at several marketing agencies throughout Hampton Roads, specializing in digital marketing strategy, web development, and social media. Erika has given her time to several community organizations. In 2021-22 she served on the Hermitage Elementary PTA Board as the Reflections co-chair. Over the years she has been a Reflections judge for a number of elementary schools in Virginia Beach.
